Pineapple Power Smoothie

This smoothie is a powerful immune booster, and happens to be one of my all-time favorite recipes!

  • 8 oz almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 lime (without the peel)
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1/4 cup baby spinach
  • 1/2 inch fresh ginger (peeled)
  • 1 T coconut oil
  • 1/2 T raw local honey
  • 4-5 raw walnuts OR 1 T hemp seeds
